My favourite experiences at Moog have involved travelling to other countries and visiting the production plants there. I get to meet and talk to colleagues I frequently email, and this is good because it helps me understand their processes and the kind of problems they face on a day-to-day basis. I really enjoy these experiences, and learn a lot from them. It's one of the great benefits of working in a global company.
I'm the Supply Chain Manager in charge of procurement and materials planning activities. I enjoy my job with Moog because I get to make a real difference to the company and its goals. There's an open culture and a spirit of teamwork and confidence in each other, so when you have an idea people listen to it and try to put it into practice. That feeling of contributing has stayed with me from my first day. And, the culture of trust and confidence was quite evident to me in the first few days, and it's still the main reason I enjoy working here so much.
I came here because of the company and its reputation; I know Moog is a profitable, growing company with an excellent reputation in the market. I want to stay here because this is a good place to advance my career and develop my knowledge, and I can enjoy working on a wide range of problems in an excellent atmosphere.
