If there's one thing there's a lot of at Moog, it's investment. I remember the feeling of security and confidence I felt when we heard Moog were investing more than €7 million in our Luxembourg operation. It gave a boost of confidence to the whole company – not that we needed it. And it certainly made me feel valued. But it's not just investment in the company that drives us forward. It's the investment Moog places in its people. You feel cared for. And you are. I was even asked by Bob Brady, our CEO, what I thought about the new facility.

I heard about Moog through an old university friend. He was already working here and always spoke about Moog in such a good light. He encouraged me to apply. I joined and spent many years working with some extremely talented engineers. I learnt a lot from them too. I was always so impressed by the way they applied a professional and practical way to problem solving.

Moog, as a business, is a perfect match for me. I've always enjoyed working in a team and having contact with different people. Now it's one of the main facets of my job. I'm responsible for developing manifold systems solutions for a variety of customers and that means working closely with some of the best engineers in the business, as well as my sales colleagues. I also get to travel, visiting customers to discuss our applications.
